Air year-round
Residential air conditioning is for hot days and cold ones. A modern split or multi-split can warm a room in winter and cool it in summer from the same plant, with better resource efficiency and lower electricity use than traditional oil-based heaters. From a single bedroom to a whole home, we specify, install, and commission systems that hold the temperature you asked for without shouting about it. Trunking is neat. Isolators are accessible. The unit is level, quiet, and ready for the season.
This is still air conditioning, at industrial scale: refrigeration plant for kitchens, stores, and production, and industrial air conditioning for workshops, plant rooms, and large occupied spaces. Condensing units, evaporators, pipework, and controls are treated as one system, commissioned to the duty you actually run.
Panel rooms, strip curtains, hanging rails, and outdoor condensing plant. We build cold storage that is easy to clean, easy to service, and honest about its set point — from chiller rooms to freezer duty.
Extract, supply, and balanced ventilation for kitchens, plant rooms, and occupied spaces. We size for the air that needs to move, then install ducting and fans that can be maintained for years.
When the duty is measured in kilowatts rather than rooms, we still treat the work as craft: level bases, tidy pipe runs, labelled isolators, and a handover you can run from. Industrial air conditioning for workshops, production floors, and large occupied spaces sits alongside the refrigeration plant we already look after.
Outdoor plant lives in the weather. We apply anti-corrosion treatment to condensers, frames, pipework, and associated metal so coastal air, rain, and yard conditions do not eat the installation. It is a practical extra: the same equipment, better protected, easier to keep in service.
